Terms of Service

Musicrush is for adults. You must be 18 or older to create an account. If we find out otherwise, the account gets closed — no drama, just done.

Keep your login to yourself and your profile info honest. One account per person — no ghost profiles, no bots wearing your face. If something looks wrong — a login you didn't make, activity you don't recognise — tell us.

Play nice. No harassment, no impersonating someone else (including us), no spam or solicitation — Musicrush is for finding resonance, not selling timeshares.

If someone crosses a line, report them. If you just want them gone, block works instantly and quietly — no explanation required.

Your photos, your bio, the prompts you answer — they're yours. You own your photos and words. By posting them you give us permission to display them inside Musicrush — nothing more. We're not licensing your face to a billboard.

Connecting Spotify is optional. Your use of Spotify is also governed by Spotify's own terms, and you can disconnect any time in Settings → Music services. Nothing about matching requires it — you can build your Music DNA from your onboarding answers instead.

We turn your listening into a shape: five dimensions, one fingerprint. Your taste profile is derived by automated analysis, including AI — it's an interpretation, not a fact sheet. Treat it like a horoscope with better data — often uncannily right, occasionally off-key.

Musicrush is provided "as is." We don't guarantee you'll find a match, let alone a soulmate — chemistry isn't something we can promise, only make more likely. We're also free to add, change, or retire features as the product grows.

You can stop using Musicrush whenever you like — no hard feelings. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms, especially anything that makes the platform unsafe for other people.

Governing law: to be finalized — contact us with questions. We're a young company, and we'd rather say that plainly than paste in boilerplate that doesn't mean anything yet.
